After being left-out from the T-20 squad against West Indies, former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been returned to the squad for the upcoming T-20 series against New Zealand. Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandeya will also be making his comeback after being ruled out of the West Indies series owing to his back problem.
India’s middle-order batsman Kedar Jhadav has been included in both the T-20 as well as ODI’s squad for the series. Clearly, India has decided to choose Dinesh Kartik as the second-keeper instead of Rishabh Pant ahead of the World Cup next year.
India A skipper Manish Pandey and Umesh Yadav are out from both the T-20 and ODI squad.
