Team India are off to a perfect start to their New Zealand tour as they bagged their first victory, taking 1-0 lead in the five-match series against the Black Caps.
Ahead of the first ODI while New Zealand were termed as favourites, given their win-loss record against India at home, Team India just humiliated the Black Caps, bundling them out for just 157 in 38 overs on Wednesday.
New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson 64(81) fought the lone battle, while batsmen on the other end succumbed in quick succession to some splendid bowling from the entire bowling unit.
Amidst all the celebration skipper Virat Kohli and former skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni decided to indulge themselves in riding a Segway to celebrate the victory. Mahendra Singh Dhoni who is known for doing such acts, post the victories stepped up first to ride the two-wheel, self-balancing transporter while Virat followed him as both can be seen riding the Segway – a transport used by the production team.
