Benzema Scores Twice To Join “200 Club” As Real Madrid Thrash Viktoria Plzen 5-0

Karim Benzema became the seventh different player to score 200 goals in all competitions for Real Madrid after scoring the opening goal against Viktoria Plzen on Wednesday in the Champions League. The Frenchman netted the ball in the 20th minute by beating Plzen’s two defenders and its goalkeeper Ales Hruska.

With this victory, Real has made to the top of Group G, marking the club’s third win in a row in all competitions under their temporary coach Santiago Solari.
