Premier League giant Chelsea FC are likely set to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic for a £70 million deal. According to the latest reports, the 20-year-old American may join the Stamford Bridge very soon.

The transfer rumor came amidst the Chelsea’s ban for four transfer windows following 13 offenses. FIFA have been investigating the English club’s alleged recruitment of underage minors.
Notwithstanding being handed a two-year transfer ban for signing 14 youth players illegally, Chelsea may close the Dortmund deal in January.
